Classic horror gore. Great iconic scenes but not for anyone who is easily scared.

loved it! would have liked to watched more females cast in the film. Videodrome was one of my favorites, too. this is a classic.

The script feels like a video-game, somewhat weak, but Cronenberg’s direction and a great cast helps to keep the movie a good entertainment.

Still one of the greatest films I have ever seen. Cronenberg is to be admired not only for his attention to detail but for his moxy as well. Michael Ironside, the synthed-out theme music and Patrick McGoohan (not Patricia) all combine to keep that late 70's flavor alive. Pure love.

Cronenberg films are always amazing! This is a great movie for 70s & 80s horror/sci-fi fans. It's different and campy but this is what Cronenberg is known for. In 2013 after watching this film and "The Brood" for the very first time I am now a huge fan! A must watch!

I saw this movie in 1983 and it was not very good. In 2013 it is even worse. Helen Keller and her sister must have given the two tomatoes for this movie. Who would want to waste their money or time.....please look at another movie that's worth your time. I love looking at movies but this movie is JUNK!!!!!

Finally Scanners in HD! This is my favorite Cronenberg movie.

Finally, Scanners in 1080p! One of my favorite '80s sci-fi horror films from Cronenberg, second only to Videodrome.
