What might have been a multifaceted examination of the forms of love turned into a drawn out boring melodrama. The music alone was enough to ruin it. The score from a bad 60s thriller with the same stanzas over and over. Poor Tilda, surely she did not know the music would be so bad, and the acting so similar to a Telenovela.

If you're looking for a sensical plot with characters you can relate to, pass this up and go watch the latest Tom Hanks vehicle. If you can see this as a movie in the sense of "moving picture", and you can relate to the inner world of sensuality in itself, you just might enjoy this as much as I did. It does help if you just love Tilda Swinton of course.

This film falls flat. Don't bother - it's really a moving about human motion not human emotion.

This movie is so bad I have become highly skeptical of Rotten Tomatoes critics. And people who think it's sexy quite frankly aren't getting enough. You'll have more fun reorganizing your closet or doing your taxes than watching this preposterous plodding movie.

Disappointed after hearing about how wonderful this film is. Beautiful, yes, but not much beyond that. Unrealistic with undeveloped and flat characters. The food scenes were out of control over the top that didn't add much to the story.

Beautiful story about family, betrayal and Passion. A feel good movie.
