Of course, Hendrix is great. That's why you are considering the documentary. I was, however, a bit concerned about the quality of the movie since it is nearly 40 years old. I shouldn't have been. Good interviews, great concert footage, and high quality sound. Well worth the three bucks to rent.

by far one of the best musicians ever...his music totally changed what music was then and what it is now...he is one of my biggest influences as a musician myself and surely for other musicians around the world...
