Gandhi is 1 of the best films to have ever been made in the 1980s. About a man who's wisdom and trust in preserving peace for all not just for his people but people of the World. The first time i saw this i was 13 or 14, it was during a World History class, and the teacher said this film really moved him and after it was done i saw why. His life was to live by his God's will, he chose (as did MLK) to preach on non-violence to win the battles. Gandhi was the inspiration behind many of MLK's words, he believed that non-violence would work. RIP Gandhi, your words of wisdom are still here

This movie has is so amazing both in what it has to offer and the stories behind it's creation. Many peoplle don't know that this movie set a Guinness World Record when they filmed the Funeral Scene at the begining of the movie. Over 300,000 extras where used in that scene.
This movie in short is must see
