Description

Interplanetary villains, beware: Space Ghost patrols the cosmos! A police champion for the space age, a fearless warrior for galactic justice, Space Ghost can become invisible, turn himself into a living ray gun or fly faster than a comet. Zooming through space in the Phantom Cruiser, he is joined by two teenaged assistants, Jan and Jace, and Blib, their mascot monkey. Sharing the half hour, but at the opposite end of the evolutionary scale, Dino Boy was parachuted as a 10-year-old from a disabled plane into an uncharted valley populated by prehistoric creatures. Now, with the caveman who befriended him and his pet brontosaurus, Dino Boy fights for survival in an unknown, unforgiving land.

Space Ghost rocks. Great animation and lotsa fun !!

Apparently, Astro269 needs glasses. These Space Ghost cartoons are excellent. The stories, ie plots, were suspenseful and entertainining. The artwork and animation were superb, even by today's standards. Nowadays, we find little to NO background (static or otherwise) with little to NO detail. As for the foreground, the only way you can say 'repetitive action' is if you are hitting Rewind/Play in some inane attempt to criticize this Classic iconic cartoon. It's got it all, folks. Action. Drame. Fun. In fact, in 2004 DC comics presented a 6 part comic book with artwork by Alex Ross. You can't get any better homage.

Space Ghost, Galaxy Trio, Birdman, Dino Boy, and Jonny Quest are the cartoons I grew up watching so it's WONDERFUL to find them again and it's an added fun bonus to be able to take them with me! I can't wait to show them to my brother (poor soul, doesn't have an iPhone)! PLEASE keep adding the classic late 60s, early 70s cartoons (Thundarr the Barbarian, Mighty Mightor, The Herculoids, Shazzan, Young Samson, Fantasic Four, Frankenstein, Jr., Moby Dick...). Thanks for bringing back a bit of my childhood -- it's soo fun having Space Ghost, the twins, Blib, Ug and Dino Boy in my iPhone!!!!

You can't call this the complete series. This is the earlier series, the newer one Space Ghoast had a sweet looking white ship. iTunes please get the newer ones too, thanks.

I love all these classic shows(Space ghost,scooby,yogi,spidey...) thanks itunes for puttin em' online.they were hard to find, until now!

Let's be honest the animation was pretty cheaply done with fairly static backgrounds and repetitive action in the foreground which was a hallmark of Hannah Barbera animation in the 60's and 70's. However, what makes this good in my mind is the fact that I have such strong memories of it. It was 1966 and I was 8 years old. I've always loved science-fiction and watching things like Space Ghost absolutely made my Saturday mornings. I'll never forget visiting my grandparents...they had color TV...watching Space Ghost in color was the best. So watch them for the nostalgia factor only and have fun. Of course I also liked "Lost in Space" so what does that say about me? :-)

i love the classic hannah barbera superheroes. they were some of the best memories of my childhood. hopefully space ghost is the first of many to come. the only reason why this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lame dino boy cartoons that come with it. but you can just skip past those and go right back to space action.
