The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

Great cast of actors but a B list movie production. Marriage of Hollywood to Bollywood creates boring movie. Except for Maggie Smith, everyone is sleeping around. Must be a male producer's fantasy. At the end of the movie I was still wondering, what is the story line?

By far not as good as first one…. still entertaining enough.

She makes the movie - sheer perfection.

A great cast given a script written with contempt for the audience. Save your money.

But I ended up loving it! Bollywood music, the witty back and forth between Dame Smith, and the others. REALLY came away loving it!

What a thin script. How shallow and predictable. This is what I’d expect on Disney Channel. Instead of being in India, this could have been the Hotel Tipton, with Zach and Cody trying to impress the hotel inspector and hilarious misunderstandings result. I’m surprised that the director didn’t include a laugh track. I really liked the first movie, but this was so utterly disappointing in comparison.

Is the sequel needed for this movie??? The first one was amazing, the second one is thumbs down.

Hard to review when the Movie would not down Load. Kept erroring out. Glad to see Apple charged for the rental even though it never loaded. ;(

The first movie was a real charmer. My partner and I loved it. Each storyline was interesting and it all flowed smoothly. In my opinion, this movie was a mess. It had some moments, but it just didn’t come together for us. I give it 3 stars because of the performances, but the script kept it from getting any higher rating
