Shallow people in shallow Hollywood. Hoped for more especially with Robert Pattinson and John Cusack. Didn't even finish it.

This movie is absolute garbage. I adore Julianne Moore, but this movie has no redeeming qualities.

I loved “History of Violence” and “Eastern Promise”, but this was like watching paint dry. I love modern and contemporary architecture so A+ for the set decorator…otherwise save your money and don’t waste an hour and fifty-two minutes of your life.

Good acting & very different story but it’s very dark.

Regardless of the fine cast, the fact that this piece of trash was even made is a travesty. It is an unmitigated pile of *&^%. The dialog in some places is worse than infantile. The situations are puerile — if that is how Hollywood actually behaves and talks, we need to fire the lot of them. It’s slow, and so exceedingly painful to watch or even LISTEN to, that it got shut off after only 20 minutes … AND 20 MINUTES WAS TOO LONG! Seriously - I have no idea what movie the people who gave it a good rating were watching, but I’d like to get my money back and I’d suggest Julianne Moore and John Cusack and the others request to have the movie removed from their “credits” on IMDB as being too embarrassing to list. Shameful, awful movie.

I can't say enough horrible things about this movie ! Not one redeeming quality! I love Robert Pattinson but not in this. His acting was aweful as if he knew he got stuck in the wrong film!

wow, how can this extremely boring tedious crap get more than 1 star, its like torture.

How did this horrible, drivel, no redeeming quality of a movie get greenlighted? I want my money, my time, my eyes and my soul back. Julianne Moore, John Cusack and EVERYONE attached to this film should be ashamed of themselves.

I was moved. So realistic, it’s almost documentary. Or maybe a travel brochure.
