When I see that name I think I am going to see a story about 5 young Englishmen living in a flat
  • Really A Western

This isn't a sci-fi flick, the setting and gadgets are just a vehicle. This is really an old-school, brooding western, all pain and revenge and pretty much everyone's a cold son-of-a-b. If you like The Proposition, Unforgiven, Blade Runner, or The Searchers, check this one out.

Had a weird Lars Von Trier (Dogville) meets Star Wars Episode 1 meets The Host meets Lawless vibe.

This is a film that will be greatly appreciated by a small audience. Patience is required to follow a slow-moving plot that ambles forward like its mechanical protagonist. Those who keep going will ultimately be glad that they did. Pray for rain.

  • Embarrassing

This movie was embarrassing to watch. The special effects were impressive assuming a small budget. Otherwise, the dialogue is ridiculous and the story disjointed. The screenplay is a complete failure, how it ever got made and was actually released to the public is beyond any sense. The worst part is you can tell it was intended to be some kind of award winning masterpiece and somehow no one warned the writer/director how poor it was. As the movie went on I felt more and more embarrassed for the actors. You can see it in their faces during the "curtain call" at the end of the movie.
