I like the movie, it has a lot of cool dinosaurs and scary ones. It's a master piece ahead of it's time- especially with that William guy's music- but you're forgetting all the classic Mario dinosaurs. Where's Bowser? Yoshi? At least one of them should get a cameo. If we don't see famous actors jumping off of velocoraptors to reach new heights in the future, I doubt the the classic jokes will keep this franchise alive.

Spielberg shot this in the style of horror films, not "action and adventure," which is why I think Jurassic Park is still the standout of the franchise. While the following sequels and JW reboot have better special effects, none have matched the terror and awe of the first.
  • Another studio hack job!

I don't care how many K a movie is presented in, I just want to see the WHOLE picture. Not a "version" hacked to fit my TV screen. The ratio for this should be about 2 to 1 (not 16 X 9). Unfortunately, I purchased it because Apple lumps all movies into the meaningless "widescreen" category. For all those milleneals out there movies have been filmed in many different "aspect ratios" (you can Google that term) NO MOVIE is filmed in your TV's aspect ratio. That aspect ratio is a pretty poor compromise between the former "Acadamy" aspect ratio and today's "Panavision" aspect ratio. So to make "some people" happy (and fill their TV screen the studio enlarges the picture and chops off the sides to fill you TV screen completely. As much as thirty percent of the picture in some cases is cut off in this process so you don't get the movie as the maker intended. This result is your movie looks like a TV show! Believe it are not, movies and TV shows are not the same thing. This process should be illegal (It is in England). Funny how Apple worry's so much about ripped and copyright issues but doesn't seem to care when movies are "ripped" to fit that TV screen. That's a loss for us all.
