One of my favorite movies!!!

My late father was an internist who took only natural supplements for himself yet made great money prescribing drugs to his patients. For 53 years I have been studying this wonderful industry that calls itself a savior of human health: big pharma. For this movie to tie together the realities (albeit of course dramatized for artistic effect) of pharma with romance, an actual disease condition, different perspectives on how a couple could approach the issue, family issues and character development is an incredible feat. Love & Other Drugs does that, and adds virtually perfect cinematography, heartfelt dialogue, witty remarks, humor and genuine affection. Yes, it shows how cold American life can be at times yet it certainly shows that people can despite that still get in touch with their inner selves. One of the best character movies I have ever watched; besides American Beauty, the best American drama I have ever watched. Highly recommended.

Everything is predictable. These are good actors that had me hook.

This was surprisingly a deep and heart warming story. Jake & Anne are amazing actors and Jake is not hard on the eyes either ;)

A good Sunday night movie, without any soppiness you might expect…Rent it!

This movie is one of my favorite love stories. Incredibly sad and inspiring. It is a must see for women and men alike. It will make you appreciate everything precious in your life.
