There are no Villains in this movie.😤 The plot is generic. And the characters are Idiots. The Simpsons Movie had Russ Cargill and wants to destroy Springfield (Without him, TSM will be boring.) Play Family Guy Video Game for the PS2, Xbox and PSP Instead. (Too bad that game was never released on the Nintendo consoles)🤮🤮🤮

I love this movie and it’s fun and original by Joey King as Romona Quimby and Selena Gomez as her big sister, Beezus Quimby. Well done, you two!!!!! I watched the movie and it always made me feel better when I’m down with a terrible Cold 🤧or a terrible Flu 🤒. I’m so glad this movie cheered me up and put a big smile on my face. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 Thank you and congratulations, Joey King and Selena Gomez for making my sick days very colorful and super fun. My father bought this movie as a Get-Well Present when I got sick on Friday January 23rd, 2015. This movie could've been a mediocre if somewhat forgettable vehicle for Selena Gomez. The problem is that by naming it Ramona and Beezus you create certain expectations. This movie fails to live up to its source material. Except for the lead playing Ramona the casting is horribly wrong. Selena Gomez and the rest of the "beautiful people" in this cast look like what they are, privileged Hollywood stars trying their best and failing to create a performance of "common people". The beauty of Beverly Cleary's books was that the characters she created are easily identifiable. In this all too perfect version of her tale the hardships don't seem too terribly hard. For a better adaptation of Cleary's work try to get your hand on the Beezus and Ramona TV series that came out a few years ago. The performers of that adaptation looks like Cleary's stepped right off the pages of her books and into real life. To save this movie they should've dropped all reference to Cleary's material and focused on this as a vehicle for Selena Gomez as it so clearly was. To pretend this was a fatal adaptation of Ramona and her adventures is to do a disservice to some very wonderful childhood stories. No offense to Gomez, but she's just too big of a "name" to pull this off.
