This movie is garbage. It gives naïve little girls the wrong impression about military romances. It's nothing like this....people need to stop romanticizing military relationships. They are hard, heartbreaking and wayyyyy more of struggle than this garbage movie. I know from experience!

This was a movie that I could watch a thousand times and still be entertained. I think both the movie and the book were amazingly well put together and Nicholas Sparks did and amazing job. The actors were perfect and the tone just made me feel involved. Over all this movie was one of the best I've ever seen.

As a 19 year old dude this movie is horrible. It just makes you feel horrible and want to kill yourself if that ever happened to you. It's just like an emotional roller coaster that goes up real quick then down 10 times farther and never goes back up.
