Three... Extremes

This movie is something that Hollywood Needs original stories all movies this days are RIP OFFS

This is absolutely tales from the crypt Asian style with slight nudity. Not shocking and not what I expect from Asian horror. Still not bad and really liked the cinematography of cut, the sickness of dumplings and not a fan of box. Looks like Koreans win this one.

I loved these three very distinctive movies! They were different and fresh. Some scenes can be disturbing but that is inevitable in any horror movie! Worth watching definitely!

Took a chance on this one and the only thing that disappointed me was the fact that it was subtitled.......but glad I watched it anyway! The first story is completely disturbing, the second kept me guessing as to what was going to be the outcome and the third left me puzzled.........take a chance on this one.....you just might be surprised!

A ok rent second story was the best of all three

If you really want to see this go ahead but it'd be cheaper to go to the library. You'll be reading the subtitles all the way through a "horror" movie that is no where close to scary. "The Blair Witch Project" (the first one) is scarier (If that's possible) and that has at least dialog in english, not just subtitles in english makeing you read the movie. If you want to see a movie you'll probably be greatly bored by then rent this but if you want something interesting, look at a different movie.

The stories were actually pretty good, but not as great as I expected them to be. My favorite story-wise out of all of them has got to be Dumplings. Cut was alright and Box was pretty good too, but not as great as I expected it to be. I kind of wish that I had rented this movie instead of buying it.

Most people 1st & 3rd movies were the best but I must disagree. Don't get me wrong "Dumplings" and "Box" were great films but I found "Cut" to be the best film in the collection. It seems that it is misunderstood since the point of the movie IS to be over dramatic as the extra takes complete control of what is going on just like a director controls everything that happens on a set. I found the pacing of the movie to be pitch perfect actually since sometimes it turns to comedy rather than horror and just when you start to feel comfortable again it takes you back to the horror. Anybody who is a fan of horror will at least like one of the films since all of them have quite different styles and should at least rent the movie to experience the awesomness that is 3 Extremes.

this is definitely more entertaining then movies like saw. worth the watch .

this is a great movie with great directors, but it only gives a sample of what the directors can create iTunes needs to put up other movies by Takashi Miike and Park Chan-Wook (i haven't seen any other Fruit Chan movies) but yeah, iTunes should put up things like Audition, Oldboy, Ichi The Killer, Sympathy for Mr. Vengaence, Sympathy for Lady Vengaence, Imprint, Fudoh: The New Generation, Zebraman, and etc... all great movies that i want to see on iTunes
