Ghost Town

After alot of troubleshooting with Support, this movie was not ble to be downloaded on my new iPad (with plenty of memory). It kept showing an error. And then it could not be deleted from the "Download" window.

Oh my….I thought I'd check this movie out on a lark. It was hysterical. I actually found myself laughing out loud at Ricky Gervais hijinks. A hidden gem.

iTunes, let us BUY! I have been waiting FOREVER to be able to buy this movie and add it to my collection. C'MON ITUNES!!

This is a good movie. And Ricky Gervais is good at this role. He's able to act like a total jerk and act sweet and charming too. Greg Kinnear and Tea Leoni are bigger stars than Ricky Gervais, or at least they were when this movie came out, but it's Gervais who steals the show.

Enough of the silly pie in face comedies! This is a fun movie for grown ups! And I had thought tht the industry had left us! This is fun sofisticated humour. And also has depth in emotions and dialogues. A great great movie with superb acting!

My wife and I love this movie. It's funny, heart-felt, and sad all rolled into one! My only issue.... why can't we buy it? I hate renting movies from iTunes!

What a film! Great fun, easy to let go and be engaged. From the first comic death scene with the 3 beats and you know what's going to happen then yep, it happens. To the beats the actor moves through. Sucking you into his world then his life and his yea, yea, sure, sure go on talking here are some talk stoppers you moron dental practice to his falling in love and making a total fool for love out of his character. Then there is the anti hero who at the end saves his live and the wonderful wrap up. Just a wonderful movie. A feel good movie. A poke some fun at health care movie. A poke some fun at ghosts movie with a totally fresh take on ghosts and their reasons for hanging around movie. Funny stuff, funny lines, funny set-ups and a delivery that is fun, fun, fun. Tia Leoni was so good as a woman on the verge, on the verge of her marriage(s), her characterization as a mummy study person (insert the proper technical term here) to me she was so wonderful. And the lines…a"want to see his organ?", and the dead pleading for help with their unfinished business and the assignments…don't want to tell you but see the picture. Watch the fresh way the director brings the ghosts to their maker. Greg Kinnear is more funny and laid back with his characterization the he should have been let to be. I watched him one time through just to watch as he upstaged the action going on in his presents when…see the film. The camera work is so good. The long dolly shot from the street to the sidewalk where the players are spot on with the blocking and camera movement, yes. The camera work and the blocking in the park tunnel with the musician then Kinnear's character crosses in and gives that uhhh moment as all are gone off the wrong way and he alone is set in play, yea, just wonderful well thought out camera moves, great blocking!

Ricky Gervais is showing his outstanding, depressing humor and it couldn't be funnier. But why won't iTunes let me buy this movie. :(

Everyone has one friend that likes really sucky movies, and it was that friend of mine who suggested this one... but to my surprise, it was actually a great film! I recommend this for a casual night in. It has some heart and made me laugh.

Great story line,definitely with personalities you can relate too.
