A long and bitter struggle which finds that while Barabbas believes himself free of Christ, who was just "another man", discovers that he is in fact placed on his own path toward redemption. Simultaneously, one of the greatest gladiator films ever produced, even outpacing 'Spartacus' in my opinion. Depicting the lives beyond the arena - friendships, enemies, and even love -both brotherly and carnal. Look for a ripped and terrifying Jack Palance as the 'top gun' who decides that the much older Quinn is a joke ready for the slaughter.
