Description

Discover the magic of the Mean One this holiday season! Oscar-winning director Ron Howard and Oscar®-winning producer Brian Grazer bring Christmas' best-loved grump to life with the help of the irrepressible Jim Carrey as The Grinch. The Grinch is a celebration of the holiday spirit no home should be without! Why is The Grinch (Carrey) such a grouch? No one seems to know, until little Cindy Lou Who (Taylor Momsen) takes matters into her own hands and turns both Whoville and The Grinch's world upside down, inside out…and funny side up in her search for the true meaning of Christmas.

My son and I love watching the movie during this holiday season. After a few watches, I’ve realized this version is not the whole movie! There are several scenes missing which is disappointing.

No other Christmas movie that never gets boring thanks to Jim Carrey as “the Grinch!”

Stupid movie. Nothing to do with Jesus’ birth. A washed up over actor making 20 million a movie lib, looking like a fat dad in the ugliest makeup ever. Not just him, but the cast. The lightening in the movie is very clay like and dismal that it makes you want to shut it off. The OG cartoon with Karloff was better but this movie and its stupid theme is so stupid. Was dumb back than and worse with this 20 year old fart festival. Between this song, the Oompa Loompa song and let it go… Augh Americans can’t make any good music that’ll get stuck in your head for decades to come. This waste of “talent” movie should never have been made. If I want to see a real grinch, I’ll watch Joe Biden trying to make a speech.

  • iTunes & Apple TV Extras needed

Good movie, but please add iTunes Extras and Special Features though and include the deleted scenes that they show on TV ABC Family/Freeform 25 Days of Christmas during the Christmas season. I have discovered that the Special Features for this film is on the DVD/Blu-Ray release, but not included on iTunes. I don’t understand why the original cartoon and the new animated remake has Apple TV & iTunes Extras but the live action movie doesn’t have any Apple TV & iTunes Extras. This is really annoying to me when the Special Features appear on the Home Video releases of movies, but not on iTunes because technology is advancing everyday. I think it’s time that Apple TV & iTunes should make it mandatory for all movies that came with Special Features on home video be released on Apple TV & iTunes as well as adding iTunes Extras badge.
