Drugstore Cowboy

I remember seeing this in the theatre years ago .Matt Dillion was at his best . It's a dark comedy in a way. Never thought if it as a serious movie . I mean come on listen to the dialogue .Just the same I love this movie . Was like running into a old friend from back in the day. The clothes , music , drugs , cars , the way they talked , William Burroughs as a junkie priest . "No hat on the bed ".We still say that from this movie almost 30 years ago.

Why can I not rent this movie? I would buy it on iTunes if I could watch it through my tv, however I don't know how to do that. Still, why is this movie not available for rent? I rented it before! Why can I not now? Am I missing something??

The scen with Kelly Lynch, were Dillon is so tweeked out that the aproches of the sexy careacter; played by Kelly Lynch. Having no efect on Dillon's careacter, is something a person who has only 'seen & or felt or reserched too truly apreciate the one track mind praformnce give by Dillon's careacter....! And as for leaving it all behind as he did ,,,, at least he knew drilling holes for a " check " beats having someone dig one 'or 'you...! WELL DONE MR DILLON !

This movie is an exciting yet accurate version of the obstacles and hardships junkies face. Matt Dillon played his role as leader, Bob, amazingly. And he did it looking pretty darn handsome;) also the other actors and actresses who partook in the cast made a deep impact in what this film could really be concluded as, a raging success!

really good movie, never got bored with it. rent it!

***Spoiler CLOSE YOUR EYES***Exciting Drama , but I got bored when he went strait -to be honest. I guess it I'm not into dramas. I'm more of action, thriller and horror guy. The oldmans hindsight prediction ruined the period film aspect for me as well.

This is a must see for any dark side trippers. It never gets old. Matt Dillon is excellent, as was William Burroughs. I`m, still trying to decide how I like the ending.........enjoy!

Another horrible movie by Matt Dillion. Doesn't even seen legit! Not convincing someone was hooked on drugs... A waste of money!!
