Stealing Beauty

This is one of my favorite movies - real unique and interesting. Visually stunning with exciting, quiet & moody scenes. A teenage girl's view of the time in your life when you are curious, wondering & aware of many feelings. The story is told in a simmering & at times blazing summer of discovery. You can almost feel the night-time ambience in some scenes. Not everyone will appreciate this movie. You need to have patience & not be expecting the usual romance type story. I enjoy watching this movie once in a while & think it has special charm. The Italian countryside is so pretty & the cast are all terrific! Do you remember when you were 19?

Well the movie is slow I thought it was like those comedy romance but no really stupid but few of the ladies quite nice nude.

Wow dude this thing just wasted me 4 bucks it wouldn't download cuz it kept having an error how stupid I didn't event get to watch it!!!!!!!

People saying it's graphic and full of nudity are too sensitive. This is not that kind of movie at all. But it's also not very good. . . Mostly this movie was pretentious, I thought. VERY EUROPEAN, and in a bad way. Long slow shots, creepy individuals who are supposed to be romantic, people talking about love in Olive Orchards (Real conversation in this movie). Just unrealistic and full of itself. Reminded me of something one of the Italian students in my film school would have made. Not very entertaining at all. But I gave it two stars because it at least had professional quality. And if you're looking for skin, I suggest you hit up the rest of the internet and use Itunes for what it is made to be used for.

I saw this film by accident and was completely taken by it. The cinematography is beautiful, strong performances and captivating story. This is a chick flick but Liv Tyler is so beautiful that even the most macho of men will sit through it just to look at her.

Although I do understand some of the other comments on how there was a lack of a plot line, but what makes up for it is the absolute beauty of this film. It makes you want to quit what you're doing and go live in Tuscany, to paint and create. I could watch this movie everyday merely to feel that whimsical feeling of being young, and with so much beauty. It really does make your soul feel light. I truly recommend it for anyone who just wants to feel light and free for 2 hours.

This movie is so appealing to me on every level. If I owned 5 movies this would be one. I never get tired of watching it. It's like a party for the mind. Dreamy, thoughtful, provocative. Inspiring. A must see for anyone who loves art and love.

Well the cover draws you in. The movie was really slow! The fact that she went over to Italy to find her father was good but losing her virginity in the end was not. I bought the movie for my laptop but deleted it. So I did not enjoy the movie that much.

I actually enjoyed this movie, and I'm not a fan of romance films. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how abrupt the resolution was. I'd recommend renting, but not necessarily buying.

Simply, this movie was absolutely horrible and boring. Nothing was interesting and I would rather torture myself then watch this movie again.
