get shorty and be cool are 2 of the greatest movies EVER!!! the casts, the crews, the writers. if u don't get it yet, u ain't gettin' it!!! watch n repeat until u do!!!!! saweetness incarnate.

Funny movie but should be available in High def

Like several other reviewers, I loved Get Shorty. And as much as I loved it, I despised this movie. Travolta phoned in his "performance". Unfunny. Unwatchable. I kept thinking it would get better, but it only got worse. Deserves negative stars. In the top 5 of the worst movies I've seen.

Funny funny..funny!! Make fun of the ridiculous industry, that's the music biz!! The Rock gives a hilarious performance! I watch ths, when I need a good laugh! It's not Oscar material, but it's oh so true ...oh & there's 2 live musical performances, that were both amazing & Travolta & Thurman, can still dance! :)

I can seriously watch this movie over and over and not get sick of it.

Errday, all day. Vince Vaughn, Cedric, John Travolta, MY WHOLE FAMILY loves this movie. Can't get enough of Cedric's monologue --- oh yeah the best part is that The Rock was NOT believable as gay. And, the sound track. I listen ALLLLL THE TIME. Steve Tyler we watch it till we get sicknof it and then 6 mos. Later it's like brand new again.

Seriously, if you don't think this movie is hilarious then you have no funny bone in your body!! Vince Vaughn is Hialrious, Benjamin 3000 from OutKast does really good, And Cedric the Entertainer is always on point. It may not be what you expect because it is featuring how making music and "signing" someone can get out of hand; however, F. Gary Gray takes it to a comedic realm.

Movie is AWESOME bottom line =D

Superb cast and an interesting twist-- mingling mob-type action along with the art of the recording business. Action and laughs, this movie is not to be missed.
