This movie had so much room to be amazing But they fumbled it

This was a tough one to watch. There was a bit of charm to the first one. Any good will that film had is smashed into dust in the lazy sequel. Zachary Levi doesn’t seem to understand how to play the character as he takes annoying and dials it up even higher than the first movie. Also his frequent flop sweats in this film are distracting. He shouldn’t be sweating when speaking to Hellen Mirren! I never once felt like any character was in any real danger. Nothing felt earned either. Just a waste of time. Watch it on streaming if you must.., don’t pay for this.

This was a good sequel to a fun superhero movie! Despite my hesitations with recent superhero sequels and films, Shazam 2 didn’t disappoint!

I see no reason to want to watch anything DC…their tearing it all down anyway

They really think that we are so stupid. Superman flew forward a bad guy with krypton is used again, baseball field from Batman and Spiderman on the bridge are also used. So boring.

Funny action and Korney everything a Shazam movie should be .. taking a break from high action packed hero movies, Shazam gives you a childish take on comedic superhero movies .. he’s a kid playing a hero .. an my personal opinion everything a Shazam comic ever was.. if you expect darker action go sit down and watch the new Batman cause this is SHAZAM!

Overuse of AI

I like the power to it.

I love DC movies, and this one was fun and enjoyable. Definitely not a serious movie, but hey, have an adult act like an 18 ye old and what do you expect? Childish humor because the premise is that all the heros are kids… people seemed to miss that part in the reviews. I hope DC improves with James Gunn at the wheel, and look forward to see what’s coming in the future!
