Finally decided to watch this movie since I first bought it around a year ago. I honestly wasn't sure if I was ever going to watch it because around the same time, my engagement fell apart, and I just couldn’t help but watch as my life came crashing down around me…. I have struggled with severe depression since the incident, hiding from family, coworkers, from myself; locking myself away whenever I felt the mask bleed away. Today, for some reason, I turned BELLE on, and… not only did I connect with this story.. it made me feel like I could take a step back to being me again. So I am going to try, one step at a time. I know this is just a single review among hundreds, but thank you to those who put in the time, effort, and soul into this masterpiece, both Dubbed and Subbed. You gave me a bit of hope that I can the sun shining at the edge of my path. I am, forever grateful.

This is a once in a generation anime. Amazing story with great music and payoff in the end. Don’t miss this movie. A modern day beauty and the beast with Meta influence.
