Avery and Sam arrive early at an isolated lake house for a weekend vacation with their friends. Sam's intentions are to work out relational baggage he has with Avery. Their conversation is interrupted, however, by the home's owner Tad, a tactless and awkward fitness obsessed loner whose possibly sinister intentions are revealed as their stay continues.
