Scooby-Doo! Return to Zombie Island

This movie is an utter embarrassment in contrast to the first one. I literally had to apologize to my niece and nephew for how awful it was. Basically every Scooby movie made after 2001 was a complete bust for us. Such a disappointment. Scott Innes and his group needs to come back, and Jim Stenstrum too. Give us at least 3 more good movies by them. We deserve this at the very least 🥲

When they shut down zombie island it was over you should of ended it there.

First of all the plot just is just boring. Simply put I don’t think they really tried to make a good movie rather just attempted some lazy cash grab hoping nostalgia would entice people who loved the original to pay to see this one. Worst of all I’m guessing it probably angered or at least irritated most of those who loved the original by having the original essentially retconned in multiple ways.

My boyfriend and I are Scooby Doo fanatics! We love the first movie so much and we’re excited to see the second. It didn’t disappoint! It’s really cute and definitely a different story line than usual but I enjoyed that. The original will always be the best!

Not what I was expecting loved the first movie but hate this one go find something better to watch I got this as a double pack but now I regret it

I bought this movie as a two pack on DVD, I really enjoyed the first one. It was my favorite Scooby Doo! I just feel that the tone and feeling the first movie gave just was not reached in this one. The first movie Genuinely scared me as a young lad. This one the other hand just didn’t set the mood right. Good storyline in my opinion. It just didn’t hit the right spot

As a lifelong Scooby fan, I cannot overstate this: IT IS THE WORST SCOOBY EVER MADE DO NOT SPEND TIME OR MONEY ON THIS Where the original Zombie Island movie is arguably the best Scooby tale ever produced, this one is its polar opposite in every aspect. If you expect anything you fondly remember from the original, let me make it clear that you will not only be left disappointed but borderline angry. It is an affront to the viewer. Getting my $2.99 back would not even suffice. I feel like I am owed an apology and reparations. Everywhere the original shone bright, this one’s burnt out. The original had a great storyline, great animation, a kick-ass soundtrack, and real mf’ing ghosts. This one has none of that. 1 out of 5 stars is a blatant overstatement, not to even mention the 3 out of 5 average - were you guys high when you watched this? Go do literally anything but watch this miscarriage of a film. If you don’t know what to do with your $2.99 - go buy a homeless guy a cheeseburger & a coke. 🖕🏼🖕🏼 to everyone who worked on this. I’d call the cops on you if I didn’t have to wonder whether they’d shoot me.

I LOVED THE ORIGINAL SCOOBY-DOO ON ZOMBIE ISLAND IN MY CHILDHOOD AND I THOUGHT IT WAS BRILLIANT BUT THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE WAS A SIN TO THE ORIGINAL I MAY HAVE ONLY SAW IT (one time because it was THAT bad) AND IT WAS TRASH I CAN LUCKY FOR ME I HAVE CHILDHOOD MEMORIES OF THE ORIGINAL AND WHEN I HAVE CHILDREN I WILL NEVER EVER SHOW THEM THIS CINEMATIC DISASTER!!!! (I’m almost 23 and I hope the Scooby team realizes the COSMIC MISTAKE THEY MADE!!

I watched the first movie of zombie island and it was really good I enjoyed it a whole lot but the second movie not so much! If your going to make a second movie at least make it somewhat scary but make it with real monsters not people in a mask and second of all the trailer was miss leading if I would have known that this movie wasn’t as good as the first movie I would have stayed away from this one! Come on warner brothers you can do way better than this if it took you almost 19-20 years to get this movie out to public you should have done the movie on the cat creature and have some zombies who were victims of the cat creature come back to life and try to plot revenge that would have made it more interesting! People are looking to you guys to make the best movies so please do! Enough with the lame movies like this! I will admit some parts of it were good but I really couldn’t follow the whole movie just because everything felt crammed into it way too quickly and everything felt rushed and not as scary! We want more scary movies than this but yet still kid friendly! People looking for a good movie that is a little scary stay away from this one and stick with the first one it is way better than this one their are no real monsters in this one other than that black cat creature that was the only thing that looked real everything else fake and lame!
