  • So much fun!

I came into this movie wanting exactly what it is: two best friends having a fun, raunchy romp on the night before graduation. There are a lot of John Hughes vibes without it feeling like a remake, and I liked how the storyline didn't always go in the direction I thought it would. It was good fun with lots of laughs and good acting.
  • Pathetic film, politically motivated

A great example of why Olivia Wilde should never direct a movie. Granted she was not given anything even close to mediocre to work with in the first place, this is still an absolutely disgraceful, pathetic excuse for a movie. "Woke" culture is ruining everything in showbusiness including movies like this because the focus is no longer quality, but rather how "diverse," or "inclusive," they can be. For reasons that are politically motivated, hollywood has tried to brand themselves as supporters of this kind of culture because they believe it makes them good people. That is why even terrible movies like this receive good ratings (not by the public), because they want to set a new standard. What they don't realize is that no matter how hard they try, they will never be able to convince the public that abominations like these are quality films. It is interesting to see how the people in hollywood will keep shooting themselves in the foot to try and spread a political message. I truly appreciate seeing the honest opinions of regular people who watch movies like these, because almost none of them have anything positive to say, and it reminds me that political attempts like these always fail.

Huge fan of high school movies. Couldn’t get past 25 minutes of this one. Not sure why the hype was so big—it’s not particularly well-directed either. What passes for a script (with 4 credited writers) is basically a collection of lingo and vernacular used present day by Gen Z alone. No emotion. No character. All pronouncements and young actors relying on guts and hubris. Hated. It. 🤮🤷🏻‍♂️

Feminist Superbad. How shockingly original. Seriously Olivia Wilde, freaking copying someone else’s work and being all like it’s not a copy, theses lesbians in it! That’s your idea of a good movie. Good lord

These women were smart and funny either way the comedy is really clever and mature and entertaining. This movie reminds me of Superbad which that one was really funny but this is lovely.

How is everyone not giving this film five stars? Super-intelligent, heartfelt, and hilarious in equal measure.

I can’t even tell you what this movie means to me or how much I love it. Just know that it’s hysterical, sweet, and real. And it’s good enough that I bought it. And I never do that. 5 stars!!

So bad. I want my money back. Wasted use of everyone involved. No redeeming qualities at all.
