Aladdin

I usually can’t stand Disney remakes (I’m a hardcore purist) but I absolutely love Aladdin. I watched it first when I was 11 years old without ever watching any of the other ones and I practically was obsessed with it for the rest of the year. Jasmine and the genie will always be my favorite characters. It could just be that this was the first one I watched but this movie has something that only the remake of The Parent Trap has. I love how they don’t quote every single line from the original like they did the the lion king remake (that was an absolute disgrace to the franchise!!) but Aladdin stuck to the story line but also had some really good funny parts in it (yam jams 😝) Will smith did an amazing job he didn’t try to cope Robin Williams but he was still the genie. And the speechless song was incredible I loved it. I know that some people just can’t like this remake and I’m with you on every other remake but give this one a chance. Plz!!! It’s awesome you won’t regret watching it. The only thing is that the sultan, iago (the parrot), and jafar really we’re not the best. The sultan wasn’t the playful person he was, iago has this really weird voice and doesn’t go on and on about crackers (🙃) and jafar just doesn’t seem as evil as he did in the first one. I did kinda annoy me a little bit and with that you might think i should’ve rated this 4 stars but I can’t get enough of this movie all of the other parts make up for those details. Definitely recommend. Sry for such a long review 🧞‍♂️

Not a good film real boring sorry but not sorry and no talking parrot killed the film for me. You had a chance and you blew it.Just stop remakes after remakes let your audience grow up stop trapping them in your infinite loop of characters that are not even a glitter piece of what they once where I can’t even watch anymore live adaptation your doing it all wrong.

Remake not worth the buy.

Aladdin is a live action film about a boy and his monkey who falls in love with the princess jasmine who wants to see what’s beyond the palace walls with tiger raigh and handmaiden dalia who falls in love with a magic genie but the wicked jafar wants to take over the kingdom it’s up to Aladdin and his friends to stop jafar and save the kingdom

I love how they managed to fix the film in a culture aspect such as doing research on the clothing, landscape and music where as the original movie was “Westernized” but I like both films never the less.

Loved the movie and the new songs!!

If the remake isn’t for you why waste your time sending hate when you could be watching the old version Ù~Ú walsh_treet, however, was at least being polite when he did write his review >:C

I mean AWFUL !

naomi scott may be the only good think abo this movie and its only bc of her song. the main lead is pretty awkward and his songs are very meh. the animated original is not my favorite disney movie but its much better than this remake. the only good thing is that disney didnt white wash the cast
