Everyone that’s giving this 5 stars most definitely has blue or purple hair and doesn’t believe they are the sex they are. This movie is disturbing.

Good movie so far but zero stars for apple delivering only the Italian version. Where the flip is the English? Update: Apple TV language settings are stupidly not available while you’re watching the movie but you have to exit the movie and change the language in Apple TV’s global settings. Once that’s fixed the movie will play in English.

That was the year this came out, when I just turned 18 years old to be exact. This book and movie has caught my attention like no other. The way it speaks to you and how it has you feeling is something I couldn’t forget, 23 now. I’m rereading the book and waiting to watch the movie again, something that lives with me that’ll never forget….. call me by your name and I’ll call you by mine ♥️

Justifying sex with underage boys, couldn’t be more fitting for Hollywood. Anyone that reads the storyline or watches the trailer and is intrigued enough to actually watch the movie, has a morality problem. It is not a love story. You want a love story, watch Titanic, not some pre pubescent predatory pedo flick.

This movie showed me how to really feel what love is, and how much pressure it gave Eliot. The settings were perfect on spot for the scene as almost like they were made for it. I’ve read all these comments how they say it promotes pedophilia but this movie is based in Italy. Italy’s age dating restriction is 13 & under which means it’s okay to date when your above 14 & above, America’s rules don’t apply to every country. The society taught and gave us standards that we live up in America. When you go outside America, the rules that have been placed in America doesn’t always apply everywhere.
