Along comes Elmore Leonard and the best new character on TV in years. Just the right combo of brains, guts, vulnerability and humor. Only plot hole is that I think in the books Raylan was in the Marines, but in the series he needs an invite to the VFW… Small detail. The story arcs are great, the characters incredibly well developed and some of the funniest and most poignantly human scenes you’ll see in a cop show.

This is without a doubt one of the best shows on tv in the last 15 years. Its going strong into its fourth season. It has yet to turn "hollywood" if they keep it heading in the same direction it could run long enough to see Givens as Director Givens. I hope they dont turn it into sons of anarchy.

One of my best friends recommended this series to me saying that it reminded her so much of the stories I told her about the small town in Texas that I hale from. Once I sat down and pushed play I was glued for the entire day and finished Season 1 in one sitting..... I love this show! Timothy Olyphant is so amazingly hot....Lord, I love this show! And take it from an English teacher....very smart writing!

I love the characters and the plot of this small town in Kentucky. It is well scripted and believable. Even the "bad" characters you wind up rooting for in a strange way. I look forward to Season 3 and how Raylan and Boyd's conflicts come to heads again. I would recommend this show to anyone looking for something well written and Not the same ol' same old on TV today. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Love, love this show. Season two has one of the best endings on any series I have ever seen. Writing is superb. Every character is well written and well acted. Timothy Olyphant and Walton Goggins have amazing chemistry.
