I love this show for the very fact they do keep making mistakes because thats life. If youre paying attention though they all learn from those mistakes in different ways. I root for Richard so much because he's so flawed but just wont quit which is the best part of his character. He is a leader in spite of himself which is very endearing. Thought this season was one of the best!! Look forward to season 5!

My gripe is at the end of the season there isn't much progression for the Pied Piper team. They keep making the same mistakes. Next season I would like to see them make some progression.
